The General Administration & Coordination Department has announced multiple job opportunities for candidates seeking government positions in BPS-05 to BPS-15. The recruitment process will follow a structured procedure, including a screening test conducted by SIBA Testing Services (STS) as per the Sindh Cabinet’s approval on December 24, 2019.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have completed Matriculation (10 years of education) from a recognized board. The age requirement for applicants is between 18 to 30 years as of the last date of application submission.

Screening Test & Selection Process

A basic screening test will be conducted at Divisional Headquarters to evaluate candidates. The passing score is set at 40%, and the test result will remain valid for three years. Candidates who pass will be considered for further selection through an interview  process conducted by the relevant selection committee.

Application Process

1. Online Applications: Interested candidates belonging to Sindh province can apply online via the STS portal.
2. Document Submission: Applicants must upload scanned copies of required documents, including their CNIC, domicile certificate, B-Form (if applicable), and a recent photograph.
3. Application Fee: A non-refundable fee of Rs. 1500 must be paid through ABL branches, ABL app, or internet banking portals.
4. Accuracy of Information: Providing incorrect or misleading information may result in the rejection of the application or termination of employment at any stage.
5. Age Relaxation: General age relaxation will be provided as per government policies.

The recruitment process will follow government policies regarding quota reservations for:

• Persons with disabilities
• Minorities
  Transgender individuals

  Important Dates & Notifications

  • Candidates who already applied under the Matriculation category through the October 31, 2021 advertisement do not need to reapply. Their applications will be automatically considered.
  • The test date, time, and location will be communicated via SMS to shortlisted candidates. Additional information, including admission slips and results, will be available on the STS website.
  • The last date to apply online is April 8, 2025.
